i fall into arms of Sea
again

my perpetual lover

always wet,
forgiving
my absence
undocumented

She welcomes me home

Her womb
darkness, the empty
i crave

Her ghosts all
chatter-clatter in the quiet-quiet
telling war stories
in their spitfire spiral shells

Her memory of me unclouded

” –we meet again– ”

She offers release
and i ride the green wave
as my own Blue
succumbs,
wiped clean
rock in an Earthly Heaven
not lonely,

save for the amniotic twin
i lost on the other side

merge with her colours
SaltSandSky
endless blue

“and all the returns,
one of these days
one of these days
one of these days
one of these days”*

sing an underwater Shanty
keep the tale alive

breathe in water,
UpSideDown
deep inside this
slippery wet dream
